With the launch of Premium Connectivity coming in 2020, it looks like Tesla is making sure that subscribers get their money’s worth. Tesla hacker @greentheonly has discovered some image assets that hint at several new video services coming to the Tesla Entertainment Center:
From the file system, it appears the OS contains image assets for the following video services:
- Comedy Central
- Crunchyroll
- HBO Go
- HBO Now
- Hulu (Existing)
- iQiyi
- Mixer
- Monty Python
- Netflix (Existing)
- Tencent
- Tesla Tutorials (Existing)
- Twitch
- Youku
- YouTube (Existing)
That’s about 9 or 10 new streaming sites. Not bad.
The bigger question I have: Will Tesla open up this system to allow other developers to add in their own video services, as we speculated earlier?
Coming soon to Tesla Entertainment: Comedy Central, Crunchyroll, HBO, iQiyi, Mixer, Monty Python, Tencent, Youku and Twitch! @elonmusk

That all sounds great. While they are at it, we also need Apple TV+, Disney+ for video, and Apple Music for a music streaming choice.
YouTubeTV would be nice.
